রেসিপিঃ

★আটা অথবা ময়দা আধা কাপ
★সুজি একদম মিহি করে বাটা আধা কাপ (শুকনোটাই বেটে নেবেন, কোনো পানি এড করা যাবে না)
★ডিম আস্ত ১ টা + কুসুম ১ টা (অর্থাৎ মোট দেড়টা ডিম রুম ট্যাম্পারেচার হতে হবে)

★সব একত্রে হাত দিয়ে খুব ভালোমতো মথে নিন, কোনো পানি এড করতে হবে না,ডো টা রুটির ডো থেকে একটু শক্ত হবে, মানে আপনার উপরের উপকরণ ছাড়া আর কিছুই এড করার প্রয়োজন নেই,,, পানি তো একদমই না,,,

★যদি ফুড কালার মেশাতে চান তাহলে আগে দেড়টা ডিম একত্রে ফেটে নিয়ে ২ ভাগ করে নিন, উপরের ময়দা,মিহি সুজি একত্রে করে ২ ভাগ করে নিয়ে পছন্দমতো কালার এড করে মথে নিন,,, ১৫ মিনিটের জন্য ঢেকে রাখুন ডো সেট হতে

★এবার কমেন্ট বক্স চেক করুন,, একদম পুরো প্রণালী পার্ট বাই পার্ট ছবি সহ কমেন্টে দিয়ে দিয়েছি, না খুঁজেই বইলেন না যে,পাই নি,,,বিকালেই এড করে দিছি কমেন্টে ছবি,হয়তো সবার অতিরিক্ত কমেন্ট করার কারণে খুঁজতে একটু সময় লাগবে

★পাস্তা বানানো হলে ফুটন্ত পানিতে কয়েকফোটা তেল,১ চিমটি লবণ দিয়ে সেদ্ধ করে নিন,এতে ঝরঝরে হবে

★দীর্য্যদিন যেমন ১ মাস রেখে খেতে চাইলে ফুটন্ত পানিতে ১ চা চামচ ভিনেগার দিয়ে মিডিয়াম সেদ্ধ করে পানি ঝরিয়ে করা রোদে শুকিয়ে এয়ারটাইট বক্সে রেখে দিন,প্রয়োজনে বের করে হাল্কা সেদ্ধ করে রান্না করলেই হবে।

কর্মব্যস্ত জীবনে অনেকেই খাবারদাবারের নিয়ম মেনে চলতে পারেন না। সকালে তাড়াহুড়া করে নাশতা না খেয়ে বের হয়ে যাওয়া, ব্যস্ততার জন্য দুপুরের খাবারটি তৈরি করতে না পারা, মিটিংয়ের জন্য বা সময়ের অভাবে ঠিক সময়ে দুপুরের খাবার না খাওয়া ইত্যাদি কারণে প্রতিদিনের প্রয়োজনীয় পুষ্টি থেকে বঞ্চিত হন অনেকে।

সকালে নাশতা না খেয়ে বের হওয়া মোটেই উচিত নয়। চটজলদি নাশতা হিসেবে কর্নফ্লেক্স, ওটস, ডিম-রুটি ইত্যাদি খাওয়া যায়।

দুপুরের খাবারটি সুষম পুষ্টি উপাদানে তৈরি করতে হবে। অনেকেই অফিসে দুপুরবেলা ভাত এড়িয়ে চলেন, দুপুরে রুটি আর রাতে ভাত খাওয়া পছন্দ অনেকের। রুটি খেতে ভালো না লাগলে দুপুরে অফিসে অল্প পরিমাণ ভাত, নুডলস, পাস্তা, আলুসেদ্ধ, গ্রিলড পটেটো হতে পারে শর্করার ভালো উৎস।

আমিষ হিসেবে মুরগি বা মাছের কোনো পদ নিতে পারেন। মাছের চপ বা ঘরে তৈরি কাবাব নেওয়া যায়। কখনো ডিমও হতে পারে আমিষের সহজ উৎস। এ ছাড়া পনির, শিমের বিচি, কাঁঠালের বিচিও আমিষের চাহিদা মেটাবে। সবজি দিয়ে ডাল চচ্চড়ি আমিষের পাশাপাশি ভিটামিন ও মিনারেলের চাহিদা মেটায়। সবজি দিয়ে পাস্তা, নুডলস, স্যান্ডউইচ, কাটলেট বহন করা সহজ। শসা, গাজর ও ফলমূলও কেটে নিতে পারেন। সেদ্ধ সবজি কিংবা গ্রিলড সবজিও ভালো। টুনা বা রুই মাছ ও শসার স্যান্ডউইচ, ডিম বা সবজি দেওয়া নুডলস কিংবা সবজি খিচুড়ির মধ্যে অনেক ধরনের পুষ্টি উপাদান একসঙ্গে পাওয়া যায়।

অনেকে কাজের চাপে সঠিক সময়ে খাবার খেতে পারেন না। কখনো দুপুরের খাবার খাওয়াই হয় না বা অনেক দেরি হয়ে যায়। এ কারণে বদহজম, কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য হতে পারে, মেজাজও খিটখিটে হয়ে যায়। চেষ্টা করুন বেলা দেড়টা থেকে দুইটার মধ্যে খেয়ে নিতে। এই সময় কাজ বা মিটিং থাকলে দুপুর ১২টা থেকে সাড়ে ১২টার মধ্যে খেয়ে নিন।

বাড়িতে তৈরি খাবারই ঝুঁকিমুক্ত। খাবারে পানি বেশি থাকলে দীর্ঘ সময়ে স্বাদ নষ্ট হয়ে যাওয়ার আশঙ্কা থাকে। সুবিধাজনক পাত্রে খাবার বহন করুন, হটপট থাকলে ভালো। পাত্রে খাবারটা ভালো থাকছে কি না খেয়াল করুন। একেবারেই খাবার নিয়ে যেতে না পারলে পাউরুটি, জ্যাম, ডিম, বিস্কুট, ফল ও সালাদজাতীয় খাবার বেছে নিতে পারেন।
